Windstream Mobile Soft Phone

To download and setup the Mobile Softphone:

1. From the app store on your phone search for OfficeSuite MySoftPhone


Select the Install button.

2. After the app has been installed, open the app and sign in using your MyOfficeSuite credentials.

This will be your Pemberton username plus the password you use to log into the MyOfficeSuite site.

Once signed in, you will receive a prompt that describes that 911 services are available through the user's native mobile device and not through the Mobile Softphone.


3. To verify that you can receive calls over cellular data, select the settings icon (gear) >>Preferences



4. On the Preferences screen under Mobile Data Network, make sure both Use When Available and Allow VoIP Calls are enabled.



5. Select the Dialpad icon on the bottom left of the screen.You should now see Phone Ready across the top of the page.
