Configure the iPhone Mail App to get District Email

How to Configure Your District Email on an iPhone using the Mail App

 

Our district is migrating our existing email to a new service.  If you currently receive your email on an iPhone you will need to update your email setup.  These instructions are specifically for configuring the iPhone Mail App to get your Pemberton Township School District email.

 

Instructions to remove the previous configuration for getting District email using the iPhone Mail App

 

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings > scroll down and tap Accounts & Passwords  and tap on the account you wish to remove

  2. On the bottom of this screen tap "Delete Account"
  3. Tap "Delete from My iPhone" to confirm.

Once this is completed you can proceed with the next set of instructions to add the new email configuration.

 

Instructions to configure your iPhone Mail App to get your Pemberton email

 

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings > scroll down and tap Accounts & Passwords > Add Account.

  2. Select Exchange.
  3. Enter your email address ([email protected]) and a description of your account (i.e. Pemberton Email). Tap Next.

    Tap Sign In
  4. Enter the same password that you would use to sign-in to a classroom, computer lab, library or office computer. Tap Sign in or Next.
  5. The Mail app may request certain permissions. Tap Accept.
  6. Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap Save. You're done!
