To add a document to a req in CSI, follow the below steps: 

 

  • Enter req as you normally would  

  • Click on the scanner () to the top left on the ribbon  

  • You will be presented with the below screen

    •  

  • Click the insert button to the top right of the ribbon

    •  

  • You will then be presented with a window that will allow you to browse your PC for the appropriate document (screenshot below) 

  • Select the document type and click “OK” 

  • You will then see the document in the window (CSI will choose the name of the document) 

  • If the scanner button has a green background, this indicates that there is a document attached to the req/PO 

  • If you want to review the attached document, you can double click on it to open it

  • To delete a document, ensure the document you want to delete is highlighted in blue and press the “delete” key on your keyboard

  • To access the document once you have closed the window, click on the scanner button at the top left
