If a user has had their ini files updated but still do not show recent years in their CSI software will have to have a folder deleted in order for the program to work properly. 

1. click the windows charm and type show hidden files

2. click on the settings and toggle it to on

3. Go to the file explorer C:\users\(Name of user)\AppData\local\programs\program files(x86)\CSI 

4. Delete that CSI folder and the ini file should be good to go 

5. open up CSI software and make sure the years have updated
