  1. Click the screen of the "off-task" student
  2. Hover over the "screenshot icon" at the bottom to the far right
  3. Click on the "camera" icon

To view screenshots from the current session:

  1. Click on the "Timelines" or "Screens" drop-down menu in the top right corner
  2. Click on "Snapshots" on the drop-down menu
  3. Click on "Download Snapshot" to save it to your desktop

  2. Click on the "Sessions" tab
  3. Click on the "Session" in which the snapshot was taken
  4. Click on the "Timelines" drop-down menu in the top right corner
  5. Click on "Snapshots" on the drop-down menu
  6. Click on "Download Snapshot" to save it to your desktop

(NOTE: If the primary account is changed in the resulting popup the snapshot will not save properly to your Google Drive.  This is due to API limitation.)
