In order to access your voice mail for the first time and to record your greeting you will need to set your voice mail pin.

This can only be done after you've set up your portal access.

Start at the main dashboard of the portal and select voice mail settings from the My Voicemail widget.

On the voicemail setting menu choose change voicemail pin.

In the pop up box enter the pin that you'd like to use in order to access your voice mail than enter the password you created to access the portal.
